The Principal of 457 Migration & Legal has over 18 years of legal practising experience and can assist you with general legal issues and legal work, including:

• Drafting of documents, including court documents and contracts
• Reviewing of documents
• Witnessing of documents
• Advising on legal issues in various areas
• Appearing in Court
• Attending and assisting with mediations

Fees

Some work can be done on a negotiated fixed fee basis. This means you will know exactly how much your work will cost at the outset before the work commences.

Work which is not done on a fixed fee basis will be done at an hourly rate. Rates are very competitive and in many cases will be lower than what is charged by many law firms. You will be provided with an estimate of the fees prior to the work commencing.
