The Process

Generally the process will be as follows:

1. Obtaining Information

You will have an initial interview either in person or over the phone. The purpose of this interview is to obtain information about you and your circumstances so your options and situation can be assessed. You may also need to provide some documents to us for review.

2. Initial Advice

We will provide you with advice setting out your options, and our recommendations. We will provide you with an estimate of our fees and the visa lodgement fees you will be required to pay. We will also let you know roughly how long the process will take.

3. Collating Documents For The Application

We will provide you with a list of which documents are required to lodge your application. We will then review, advise on, and collate these documents.

4. Lodging the Application and Supporting Documents

We will complete the application forms and attach all of the necessary documents to the application and lodge the application. At this stage you will be required to pay a lodgement fee to the Department of Home Affairs (Immigration), DOHA. This fee is different for each visa.

5. Liasing with DOHA

We will liaise with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf. We will keep you updated on any progress or further requirements in regard to your application, throughout the entire process.

6. Decision of DOHA

The Department of Home Affairs will make a decision in respect of your application. We will inform you of the decision, and provide you with any necessary explanation.
